View: Menendez AM (2006) Strategies for developing books. Methodology for citations and references. Mexico: Porrua, Anahuac.

Recommendations for developing the text
style in writing and should address the following recommendations:
1. Clear, simple and accurate.
2. Describe and explain.
3. Eliminate the use of personal pronouns.
4. Standardize the time in the use of verbs.
5. Do not use abbreviations.
6. Check grammar and spelling.
7. Good presentation.

text structure
Each original must contain:
1. The title of the job.
2. Full name of the author, indicating their place of work or academic activity will also include the address of the author (s) (s).
3. The summary or abstract with a degree in English and English (maximum 150 words, minimum 100).
4. Key words in English, English and Portuguese (minimum three, maximum five, separated by commas)
5. The text of the article in original language.
6. Tables and figures (optional)
7. Notes and Bibliography

Divisions
is recommended that the articles or essays are divided into sections and sections by way of visual relief and division of ideas.

typographical elements
will use a single typeface, Times New Roman 12 point. In general, the case will be used only for the title. Bold is used for the sub titles and titles of tables and figures. Not for use in the body text of the article. Italics are used for titles of books, monographs, journals, words or phrases in another language and to highlight some expression.

and Keywords
The summary is an excerpt from the article's content, with an emphasis on original contributions. It will seek to avoid starting with the formula: "This article deals with" and the like. The articles will be preceded by a summary in the language of the publication and one in English, led to the title in bold. The summary should be a maximum of 150 words and a low of 100. They should also accompanied several keywords-min three, maximum five, separated by commas. Tables

The tables include information that can not go in the text, or to extend or complement what is said in it: tables, statistical tables and summaries synthetic. Are listed consecutively with Arabic numerals and placed in the text in their proper place. There will always be referring to them explicitly in the text (eg Table 1). Each table should be headed with the phrase: "Table ..." (Example: Table 1). And following the title line, both lowercase and bold. In the end, in a smaller font size, indicate the source of the information or picture, whether it is appropriate to indicate: the author. By submitting the text in digital format, pictures can be incorporated into the general body of the article or, in the case of pictures of some complexity, in separate files. Figures

Under the notion of figures understand graphs, maps, photographs, drawings and the like. Its inclusion in the article or essay must respond to real needs of its content and in any case mere aesthetic reasons. Must be submitted in one of the formats that allow print publication (JPG, TIF, EPS). Be listed consecutively and be positioned at the text in their proper place. Shall allude to them explicitly in the text (Figure 1). Each figure will to foot the words "Figure ..." (Example: Figure 1), followed by the title in bold lowercase. You can then add a brief explanation and the source. The figures are sent in separate file (a file for each figure).

mode of delivery of the original
Manuscripts should be submitted in digital format. The Centre may receive e-mail files at the addresses mentioned at the beginning of this section.
  1. Every page should consist of approximately 27 lines with double spacing (1.5 line spacing). Each line includes about 75 beats per line or line (include spaces between characters), one page will have approx. 2.025 characters.
  2. When full stop and start a new paragraph, or, after a title or subtitle, do not put more space between every line. The spacing must be a space and a half (1.5) to facilitate the correction of style (headings and subheadings, although very short, are among the 27 lines.)
  3. margins side, top and left set to 2 cm is recommended.
  4. Both titles as subtitles are not an end. For the body of text is used 12 point.
  5. Indents to be used will be 5 spaces at the beginning of each paragraph.
