ACCEPTED Mancera 2010 Music Camp Music Camp

The Conservatory of Music Universidad Austral de Chile invites you to participate in the Sixteenth traditional version of Mancera Music Camp 2010 Bicentennial to be held from 7 to 15 January in the quiet coastal town of Niebla, at the mouth of the Río Calle Calle (18 km. west of Valdivia.)

During these nine days you will live unforgettable musical and human experiences with nearly 200 young music students aged between 8 and 25 years across the country and abroad, in the unique natural environment of the coast of Valdivia, where includes testing and various concerts.

will be part of one of the Orchestras of the Camp and participate in the preparation and presentation of interesting respertorios concert under the guidance of renowned national and international professionals.

camp this year includes two programs:

Program Symphony Orchestra Intermediate - Advanced

strings, winds and percussion

Basic Program Orchestra

8 to 12 years

If you play a wind instrument or percussion You can also merge the work of Winds Ensemble Rivers.

Applications for participation in these programs are exclusively individual. If visitors come in an orchestra and want to also participate in the Orchestra Camp, you must follow the same process as the rest of the people registered:

GENERAL

- Registration and participation are free.

- Camp covers all your food and lodging expenses.

- Power is provided by JUNAEB

- Accommodation is in municipal (Internship Simpson), collective parts.

- You must bring sheets or sleeping bag and your grooming tools.

- You yourself must take charge of the cost of tickets from your place of origin to Camp (Boarding Simpson), round trip.

- If you are a minor, you need notarized permission from your parents to participate.

The Music Camp XVI Marqués de Mancera Bicentennial 2010, will run from 7 to January 15, 2010, in the coastal area of \u200b\u200bthe town of Valdivia (Fog) and Isla Mancera, known as one of the most beautiful rural locations in southern de Chile. It is contemplated inviting leading teachers from different disciplines of music (strings, wood and bronze), as well as orchestras and ensembles that have a minimum of three years, Youth Philharmonic Orchestra La Serena, Student Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra, Conjunto Accordion Osorno, American Instrument Orchestra and the Orchestra of Puerto Varas Niklitschek Felmer. The daily sessions will begin with classes master in different specialties and will continue to test instrumental partial orchestra during the first days. Following these presentations will Mancera, Niebla, Valdivia and Los Ríos Region. In the evenings they performed general tests of different orchestras (Basic, Intermediate, Advanced, Brass Ensemble) and then 20 hours concerts. End this musical event with a closing concert that will offer the Music Camp Orchestra, composed by noted orchestras. Inspired by "I Call for Net Art / Visual Poetry Against Gender Violence" workshop conducted by the Sun and Visual BOEK861-Boek in 2008, the Co-education program (Plan for Gender Equality ) IES "Antonio M ª Calero" de Pozoblanco (Córdoba) made this call as an activity of value education and awareness for the eradication of gender violence.

1. Topic: "Visual Poetry Against Gender Violence."
