Terms and Conditions
1. Observatory Youth, Communication and Media and the Cow moviegoers, in order to promote experimentation and learning through the use of new technologies, is organizing the Festival's Short Stay up.
2. a) To Official Competition p be permitted to involve all members of the UNLP (students, graduates, teachers and non teachers) or groups that are composed of at least 1 student of that institution.
b) Short films must be carried out with digital cameras or video cameras household. Also, work may not exceed 3 minutes and shall conform to any of the proposed themes.
