Rules: ISAF Regulation 2009-2012, National Class Rules Pampero, the Sailing Instructions and its amendments and the Notice of Race
Rating: are scheduled 3 races with long fourth option. No discards unless run over three races, in which case you have one.
Protests: The Race Committee will resolve an hour after finishing the last race of the day
Eligibility: a boat and helmsman Pampero class. mandatory use of life preservers.
Registration: Free.
Each competitor must complete your application form inevitably individual. The same shall advance to Saturday 20 November at 19hs sending the appropriate form to email cursodevela@yahoo.com.ar and then in person until 9am the 21/11/2010 at the Yacht Club in the case Azopardo not sending it concluded. Entries will only be personal.
Participants under 18 must present at the time of registration, liability release form for , signed by the parent or guardian.
All participants should report the date of entry of ships to the Organization by email or telephone with a minimum of 24 hours, even if they joined the same day of competition.

be provided without cost to install a shopping area for crews from other areas on Saturday, November 20 evening and a common area grills. The seats must be requested until Friday November 19 19hs by email or telephone. Participants should bring their own tents and are responsible for their personal effects and the care of the Club.
Participants who request to the Organization by phone or e-mail may enter the boat properly identified by land or water until a week before or removed one week after the event, according to the consideration of the authorities of the Club on whether or hydrometeorological conditions. The moving parts should be attached to the boats. There will be a closed room to stow maneuvers, candles and all parts not attached to the hull.
