1, PLACE AND DATE: The third edition of Blue Gulf Cup 2011 will be developed in Las Grutas, Rio Black days 15 and 16 January.

2 º ORGANIZING AUTHORITY: The championship is organized by the Sports and Recreation Agency Black River through the Provincial Marine Academy Viedma.
